   Introducing the new EZ-Pix II universal digital camera adapter. Available in two sizes to fit virtually any telescope, even huge spotting scope eyepieces. A new better eyepiece clamping system, micrometric type adjustments, and a single lock knob to quickly lock the X-Y position solidly in place. You can install or remove the camera or change eyepieces without a lot of touchy time consuming adjustments.

Attach virtually any point and shoot camera to your telescope in seconds.

   The smaller version even has a tripod mount (on left side of image above) to allow you to mount the EZ-Pix II directly to a photo tripod, supporting both the camera and a small monocular for digiscoping on a budget!

Included extension plate also allows you to use cameras with long lenses.

   Unlike similar looking units on the market, the EZ-Pix II is truly universal and includes an extension plate that allows you to use "prosumer" type cameras with long motorized lenses such as the Nikon 5700 and many others. Even if your current camera doesn't need it, your next camera might!

Large version of the EZ-Pix II connects to eyepieces as large as 2.55" in diameter!

   The large version can accommodate the very large diameter eyepieces commonly found on professional quality spotting scopes or allow you to use many 2" telescope eyepieces such as the 22mm Nagler pictured above. The clamping system on the large version can accept eyepieces from 1.7" (43mm) to 2.55" (65mm).

SPECIFICATIONS

   Note: Your results and the amount of vignetting (darkened edges) you get depends mainly on the eyepiece you use. Not all eyepieces work well for this purpose. The larger your camera lens (diameter) the more important it becomes to use a well matched eyepiece. If your camera has a large diameter lens you should look at our special MaxView line of eyepieces designed specifically for this purpose. We make MaxView eyepieces in 1.25", 2", and special spotting scope versions to fit Swarovski, Leica, Zeiss, Nikon, Pentax, and more! These eyepieces will greatly reduce the amount of vignetting when using cameras with large lenses.
