Rigel Systems QuikFinder

   At 4.5" tall and 1.5" square this upright reflex finder is a small fraction of the size and weight of Telrad units. Projects red circles at 1 degree and 2 degrees for easier star hopping. Continuous or pulsed reticle with variable brightness control. Built in dew shield. Click on - Click off base. Includes 2 bases so you can share it between multiple scopes. 5 year warranty. Battery included.

Extra Mounting Base for the Rigel Systems QuikFinder

   This extra mounting base lets you move your Rigel Systems QuikFinder from one telescope to another. Put one on each telescope you own and just transfer the finder to the scope you'll be using.

Telrad

   This is the original one power reflex finder. Using an illuminated reticle, it appears to project 3 concentric rings into the sky when you look through the viewing glass. The Telrad can be removed from its baseplate for transport, or if you purchase a second baseplate it can be used on another telescope. It has a variable brightness control so it can be used under dark skies or seen in full moonlight. The reticle can be adjusted by three small knobs to align it with the main telescope field of view. The Telrad uses two AA batteries.

Telrad Dew Shield and Dew Shield Plus

   The Telrad Dew Shield helps keep condensation from forming on the glass plate of your Telrad. It can be flipped completely over the glass while you're getting that cup of coffee and then rotated upward to allow you to see through to the sky. The Dew Shield Plus offers the same protection but with a bonus. Inside the Dew Shield Plus is a mirror. When the shield is rotated completely backwards, the mirror acts as a right angle viewing device, letting you see the reticle in the sky without bending over the telescope or twisting your neck.

Telrad Pulser

   The Telrad Pulser will greatly increase the battery life for your Telrad. Following the simple instructions you can easily install the pulser in a short time. Once installed, the original control knob still controls the power and brightness, and the new control knob will control the pulse speed of the reticle image. You can vary the pulse frequency from very slow to having the reticle image constantly on.

ScopeTronix 8x50 Right Angle Finder Scope and Bracket

   This 8x50 finder scope has a built in 90° diagonal for easy viewing when the telescope is pointed up. The view provided is fully corrected (not mirrored or flipped). The optics are fully coated and the eyepiece has a crosshair reticle. The bracket provides for easy up-down, left-right adjustment of the finder. The bracket also includes a dovetail mounting shoe so you can easily install or remove the finder in seconds once the shoe is mounted on your telescope. Bracket also fits many built-in dovetail mounts on imported telescopes.

   These are quality fully-coated 8 x 50 and 6 x 30 finder scopes. Each comes with two caps and an O-ring to help the finder fit snugly into our Scopetronix Dovetail Finder Scope Brackets which are listed below.

ScopeTronix Dovetail Finder Scope Brackets

   These finder scope brackets fit our ScopeTronix 6x30 and 8x50 finders, the dovetail design makes it easy to remove and replace the finder scope. Adjustment is via the 2 thumb screws, the third mounting point is spring loaded. The bracket includes a dovetail base. These brackets also fit the stock dovetail on many imported scopes.

Meade #825 8x25mm Right Angle View Finder

   Included as standard-equipment on ETX-125 models, this 8 x 25mm Right-Angle Viewfinder permits a comfortable 90° viewing position with 90mm ETX models as well. The #825 fits into the same bracket as the 8 x 21mm finder supplied with ETX-90 telescopes. The finder's wide-angle 7.5° actual field facilitates object-location. Precise focusing of the image is accomplished with a helicoid mechanism.

Meade #827 8x25mm Right Angle View Finder

   For easy sighting of terrestrial or astronomical objects prior to their observation in the main telescope, the Meade #827 8 x 25mm Right-Angle Viewfinder displays a wide 7.5° field. The finder includes a crosshair eyepiece and precise helicoid focusing; the viewfinder bracket, included, attaches to the ETX-60AT & 70AT in seconds.
